Inspection Agreement

This is what we sign before I begin an inspection. Please familiarize yourself with it. If I could do business with just a handshake I would but the world we live in dictates that we have the fine print to read, understand, and agree to. Anyway, it mostly outlines what you can expect from me and what you cannot expect from me, the latter being more important so that there isn't any misunderstanding after the fact. You will get an honest, accurate, complete evaluation and any follow up communications that are required, wanted, or needed. I can email or fax this to you if for some reason you cannot download/read it here.
