Common Inspection Discussions

This is a new feature of my website! So, for a bit, it will look a little skimpy...but in time it will expand and add to the knowledge base of the world! Read on and learn about common issues or discussion items that I talk about all the time in relation to inspections, or operating and maintaining a home, or tips and techniques. Got an idea? Let me know and I will write about it!

A silly disclaimer: Being a business web page I suppose I need to add a couple of disclaimers up front to keep myself protected from the less responsible. So, don't do anything Dumb, Different or Dangerous (DDD)! Be aware that most changes to your house require a permit from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (including adding a single outlet--but not replacing a damaged one). If you are not sure what you are doing, then it might be classified as DDD and you should get a professional or at least a competent friend. Electrical and plumbing jobs especially can come back and bite you if you don't know what you are doing. Few people are DIY HVACers--if you mess around with that you definitely want to know what you are doing or it will cost you more in the end after you break the equipment!
